When you contact Gallatin Online or submit business information, you may provide details such as your name, email address, phone number, message, and company information. Information supplied for a public business profile is intended to appear publicly.
Restaurant reviews
When you submit a restaurant review, we collect your display name, email address, rating, and review text. Your display name, rating, review, and submission date may appear publicly after administrator approval. Your email address is not displayed publicly and is available to website administrators for moderation. WordPress may also store your IP address and browser information for moderation and spam prevention.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to inquiries, maintain business listings, and provide requested website or advertising services. Website and hosting tools may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs for operation and security.
Other services
Hosting providers and enabled website tools may process information to deliver their functions. Links, maps, videos, and other third-party features have their own privacy practices. Review those providers’ notices when using them.

To ask about information you submitted or request a business-profile correction, contact the Gallatin Online team through the business inquiry page. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through public profile fields.
